This weekend I learned a new thing called Business Model Canvas. Based on http://www.businessmodelgeneration.com, The Business Model Canvas, is a strategic management and entrepreneurial tool. It allows you to describe, design, challenge, invent, and pivot your business model. Actually this is not a really new because I have known this since 2011 when I attended an event, ASEAN Youth Congress.
But, today I got more detail about it. Our lecturer told us to create our own Business Model Canvas. We were divided to 6 groups and discuss to build our canvas. We decided to have a ‘day care’ business. We believe that this type of industry is really profitable nowadays. Kindly find below our canvas! 🙂
After the class, we have a same question. Will we implement and execute this canvas? 😀
